Its scaly serpentine body has a magnificent head featuring sinuous horns and tendril-like whiskers. An awe-inspiring beast, the Chinese dragon is actually considered to be benevolent and wise.

Struck from 1oz of 99.99% pure silver, this superb release is struck in outstanding bullion quality with shiny design motifs on a delicately frosted table. The coin’s reverse also includes The Perth Mint’s ‘P’ mintmark, our traditional symbol of elite minting skills since 1899.

The Jody Clark effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II is depicted on the rectangular coin’s obverse, which also features its weight, fineness, monetary denomination and 2021 year-date.

Authentic Feature

This coin includes an authentication feature on the reverse in the form of a micro-laser engraved letter. Detectable under a magnifying glass, it is designed to make it significantly more difficult for the coin to be counterfeited.

Presentation & Mintage

This Australian 2021 Rectangle Dragon 1oz Silver Bullion Coin is presented in an individual protective clear acrylic coin capsule. Each bullion product comes with a complementary bullion bag.

Limited number of these coins will be released. Production will cease when the mintage is fully sold or at the end of 2021, after which The Perth Mint will ‘declare’ the total number made.
