Inspired by one of the deadliest creatures in the deserts of Africa, this 1 oz Silver bullion coin is the first in the new series from Scottsdale Mint.

• Obverse: Features the elegant Coat of Arms of the Republic of Chad, showcasing a Heraldic Lion and Goat holding up a shield, with the rising sun behind it.

• Reverse: Displays an abstract design that realizes the peril of the most dangerous scorpion.

This coin is manufactured and distributed by Scottsdale Mint and is legal tender in the Republic of Chad.

Presentation & Mintage

This 1oz Silver Bullion Coin is presented in an individual protective acrylic capsule. Each bullion product comes with a complementary bullion bag.

No more than 50,000 of these coins will be released. Production will cease when the mintage is fully sold or at the end of 2017, after which The Mint will ‘declare’ the total number made.
